Diana Wythe: Life and Business Coach
Founder of VisionQuest Coaching, LLC
Why I Became a Coach
I am passionate about helping people achieve a greater vision
of success and fulfillment in their life and work. It brings me
joy and satisfaction to empower people to discover their personal
brilliance, explore what moves their heart (their passion) and
make positive changes toward achieving their dreams.
Personal Path
My
path for the last ten years has been one of personal and spiritual
evolution which led me to the field of coaching. I also found
coaching to be a natural extension of my professional background
of being a champion for individuals, managers, teams and executives
by helping them bring out their best.
I place a high value on life balance and living life authentically.
Four years ago my family and I made the decision to enhance the
quality of our lives, in part, by moving from the Silicon Valley
of California to the extraordinary beauty of the Grand Valley
of Western Colorado. Living closer to nature, we have found balance,
renewal, inspiration, and connection to a larger perspective.
We enjoy hiking, camping and exploring the majestic red stone
canyons bordering our home. My personal passions include reading,
natural health and wellness, preserving family history, connecting
with friends, exploring new places, and music, especially my new-found
love of playing the piano.
Career Path
Prior to becoming a coach, I held fast-paced positions in senior
human resources and organizational development working over fifteen
years in the high technology computer industry in San Jose, California.
I played key role in all stages of company growth and transition
from pre-IPO start-ups up to large publicly held Fortune 500 companies.
My employers included Cisco Systems, StrataCom, Inc., Megatest/Teradyne,
and Businessland, Inc.
I enjoyed partnering with executives, managers and teams in creating
strategies to achieve business objectives, expanding leadership
and team effectiveness, and facilitating organizational change.
Some
areas of my expertise include developing and managing highly effective
programs in recruitment, employee relations, leadership and development,
employee performance, compensation, and change facilitation.
